Must be 18 years old or older to participate, this includes entering and voting.

Must be a resident of Yellowstone County, Montana.

Businesses are not allowed to enter.

Must be within a 30 miles radius of 2075 Central Ave., Suite #5, Billings, MT 59102.

Entries open December 01, 2025 at 12:01AM. Entries close December 14, 2025 at 11:59PM.

Voting opens December 15, 2025 at 12:01AM. Voting closes December 30, 2025 at 11:59PM.

Each house is eligible to win one prize only.

You may only vote once per 24 hours.

Must allow the address of the house to be posted online.

Must allow usage of photo and video of your property for social media and live streaming purposes.

First place will be the entry with the most amount of votes during the voting period. First place will win $500.

Second place will be the entry with the second most amount of votes during the voting period. Second place will win $300.

Third place will be the entry with the third most amount of votes during the voting period. Third place will win $100.

Prize checks will be available within 60 days of announcing the winners.

Winners must be able to pick up prize checks at our office 2075 Central Ave., Suite #5, Billings, MT 59102. The office is open Monday to Friday from 9:00AM to 4:45PM.

Must be able to be home between 5:00PM and 6:30PM on Sunday, Decemeber 31, 2025. Planet 106.7 will be live streaming announcing the winners and surprising people with their check!

Employees and family members of Desert Mountain Broadcasting, Desert Mountain Digital and practicing sponsors are ineligible to win.

Media companies within a 50 mile radius of 2075 Central Ave., Billings, MT 59102 are also ineligible to win.
